TODAY’S PRAYER POINT

Thank God for His blessings and ask Him to help you maintain a grateful heart.

BIBLE VERSE | 1 Thessalonians 5:18

“In everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.”

Gratitude is more than just a fleeting feeling; it is a discipline we can cultivate in our daily lives.

The Apostle Paul encourages us to give thanks "in all circumstances," which challenges us to adopt a perspective that views every situation through the lens of thankfulness.

Practicing gratitude shifts our focus from what we lack to what we have.

Gratitude shifts our focus from our problems to God’s faithfulness.

It opens our eyes to the abundance around us—whether it’s the warmth of the sun, the laughter of a friend, or the gift of a new day.

In a world that often emphasizes dissatisfaction and comparison, gratitude reminds us of God’s faithfulness and provision.

When we intentionally express thankfulness, we align our hearts with God’s will.

This discipline not only deepens our relationship with Him but also transforms our mindset.

APPLICATION

  • Make a list of  three things you are thankful for today.

  • Make a commitment to incorporate gratitude into your daily routine.
